# 2025.03.12 업데이트 내역

안녕하세요. 센터 관리 솔루션 ‘오늘상담’입니다.

사용자분들의 의견 반영 및 사용성 개선을 위해 이번 업데이트를 진행하였습니다.

아래의 기능들을 확인하시고, 센터 운영업무를 보다 효율적이고 편리하게 보시길 바랍니다.

업데이트 요약

## **1. 일정정보창에서 반복일정 회차 확인**

해당 일정이 “반복일정”인 경우 회차(회기)에 대해 이제 현황판의 일정정보창에서 바로 확인할 수 있어요! ![](/files/8uuXPC83sOrSkL4hfeli)

## **2. 일정등록 시, 소요시간/종료시간을 변경 가능**

설정 - 작업관리 - 일정 - \[일정 종료]에서 기본 옵션을 설정할 수 있지만,

일정등록시에도 편한 방식으로 바로 변경하여 등록할 수 있어요.

## **3. 중복일정 알림 기능 추가**

일정 등록시 동일한 일시,담당자에 저장 된 일정이 있을 경우, 알림을 보여줄 것인지 설정할 수 있어요. \[설정] - \[작업 관리] - \[일정] - \[중복 일정 알림]에서 설정할 수 있습니다. &#x20;

## **4. 사용자 지정 일정상태 기능 추가**

최대 다섯개까지 사용자 지정 일정상태를 만들 수가 있어요!

원하는 이름으로 변경 뒤, \[사용]으로 활성화를 해주세요.&#x20;

**🍯 꿀팁1. 일정상태 노출순서 변경 가능** 기타일정을 제외하고, 설정한 순서대로 상태들이 노출됩니다!

제일 상단에 위치한 상태가 일정등록시 기본상태값으로 확인되니,

확정대기나 예약금입금전(사용자상태추가) 등 필요한 상태를 기본값으로 설정이 가능합니다. 😉&#x20;

**🍯꿀팁2. 다양한 자동발송 설정 가능!**

설정 > 자동발송 관리 > 고객 상황별 자동발송 설정 중

일정 상태가 변경되었을 때, 고객 일정에 대한 리마인드가 필요할 때 에서

별도의 메세지 발송이 필요한 상태와 템플릿을 설정할 수가 있어요.

예약문의, 초기방문, 예약금입금 안내, 사후안내 등 더 다양한 자동발송 설정이 가능합니다.

## **5. 부서별 - 멤버나눠보기 옵션 추가**

멤버 나눠보기 사용을 하시면, 현황판에서 부서에 어떤 담당자가 포함되었는지 한 눈에 확인할 수 있어요! &#x20;

1회만 보낼 수 있던, 리마인드 메세지를 2번까지 조건을 설정하여 보낼 수 있어요. &#x20;
