# 2024.04.11 업데이트 내역

## 1. 일정/상담/수납 연결 기능이 추가되었어요.

일정에 상담이 기록되었는지, 수납이 완료되었는지 구분하기가 어려우셨나요?

이제 일정과 상담, 수납을 연결해 보다 쉽게 현황을 파악해보세요.

연결 방법은 어렵지 않습니다!

**상담 혹은 수납을 기록하고자 하는 일정에서 “새 상담”, “새 수납”을 눌러 작업을 진행**하시면 별다른 설정 없이 해당 일정과 상담, 수납이 연결됩니다.

상담/수납과 연결된 일정은 현황판에 다음과 같은 형식으로 노출됩니다.

수납의 경우, 수납 상태에 따라 표시되는 색상이 달라집니다.

상담/수납이 연결된 일정은 “새 상담”, “새 수납” 버튼이 **“상담 보기”, “수납 보기” 버튼으로 변경**되며 이 버튼을 클릭하면 일정에 **연결된 상담/수납 내역을 바로 확인**하실 수 있습니다.&#x20;

## 2. 현황판에 일정 추가 시, 더블클릭으로 추가할 수 있어요.

현황판에서 마우스를 잘못 클릭해 일정 추가 창이 뜨던 경험이 있으신가요?

이런 부분이 불편하셨다면, 일정 추가를 클릭이 아닌 **더블 클릭으로 변경**해보세요!

환경설정 → 작업 관리 → 일정 → 현황판 일정 추가 방법에서 설정할 수 있습니다.&#x20;

## 3. 통화목록에 기능이 추가되었어요.

조회 - 통화 목록에 다음과 같은 기능이 추가되었어요.

* 전화번호 **검색을 통해 전화 온 적이 있는 고객인지 확인**할 수 있어요.&#x20;

* 통화 목록을 **클릭해 통화 정보를 수정하거나, 관련 고객 정보로 이동**할 수 있어요.&#x20;

## 4. 프로그램 실행 시 로딩 창이 추가되었어요.

프로그램을 실행할 때 프로그램이 잘 실행되고 있는지 확인하실 수 있도록 로딩창이 추가되었어요!&#x20;

## 5. 프로그램 종료 시 확인 팝업이 추가되었어요.

실수로 프로그램 닫기 버튼을 눌러 프로그램을 종료하는 경우가 있으셨나요?

프로그램을 실수로 종료하는 경우를 방지하기 위해 **닫기 버튼 클릭 시, 확인 팝업**이 추가되었어요!&#x20;

## 6. 항목 불러오기 속도가 개선되었어요.

항목 설정 팝업에서 항목을 불러오는 속도가 대폭 개선되었습니다.

일정/상담/수납을 기록하실 때 보다 편하고 빠르게 항목을 선택해보세요!

## 7. CTI 연동 가능 기종에 “SKT IMS”가 추가되었어요.

이제, 센터에서 SKT IMS를 사용하고 계셨다면 오늘상담과 연동이 가능합니다.

CTI를 연결해 고객님들에게 더 높은 수준의 서비스를 제공해보세요!&#x20;

## 8. 프로그램을 종료해도 통화 목록을 불러올 수 있어요. (LG 한정)

센터에서 사용하시는 전화기가 LG이신가요?

이제, 오늘상담 프로그램을 종료한 후 센터로 걸려온 전화 내역도 불러올 수 있습니다.

프로그램 실행 후 CTI 로그인이 되는 순간 **오늘상담에 기록되지 않은 통화목록을 불러와 기록**합니다.(최근 3일치)

만약 CTI 로그인이 되지 않은 자리에서 오늘상담 프로그램을 실행하셨다면 통화목록을 불러오지 못합니다. 이럴 경우, CTI 로그인을 진행하시면 통화목록이 정상적으로 불러와집니다.
