# \[26-07-13] 설문·동의서 기능 개편

안녕하세요, 오늘상담입니다.

이번 업데이트에서는 <mark style="color:$primary;">**설문·동의서 발송과 작성 흐름**</mark>이 새롭게 개편되었어요.\
여러 양식을 한 번에 전달하고, 작성 상태 확인부터 출력·다운로드까지 더 간편하게 관리할 수 있어요.

### 📍 1단계 — 새 설문·동의서 시작하기

아래 세 가지 경로에서 새 설문·동의서를 시작할 수 있어요.

### 🔗 메시지 발송 — 여러 양식을 하나의 링크로

설문·동의서를 여러 개 선택해 한 번에 보낼 수 있어요.\
이제 링크를 각각 따로 보낼 필요 없이,\
고객은 하나의 링크에서 필요한 설문·동의서를 이어서 작성할 수 있습니다.

**발송 문구를 미리 설정할 수 있어요**

설문·동의서 발송 시 사용할 문자·알림톡 문구를 미리 설정해둘 수 있어요.\
자주 사용하는 안내 문구를 저장해두면 발송할 때마다 문구를 다시 입력하는 번거로움을 줄일 수 있어요.

**설정 경로** : 환경설정 → 자동발송 관리 → 고객&#x20;

### 👀 작성 상태 확인하기

발송 후에는 **고객정보창 → \[설문·동의서] 탭**에서 내역별 작성 상태를 확인할 수 있어요.

1. **작성 대기** — 발송됐지만 고객이 아직 작성하지 않은 상태예요.
2. **작성 완료** — 고객이 제출을 완료한 상태예요.
3. **발송 실패** — 문자 또는 알림톡 전송이 실패한 상태예요.

별도로 발송 결과를 찾아보는 번거로움을 줄일 수 있어요.

* **출력하기** — 작성된 설문·동의서를 출력할 수 있어요.
* **PDF 다운로드** — 작성된 내용을 PDF 파일로 저장할 수 있어요.
* **삭제하기** — 불필요한 내역을 삭제할 수 있어요.
