# 새 응답 작성하기

설문지·동의서를 모바일로 보내지않고, 오늘상담 안에서 바로 작성·저장할 수 있어요!

## 📜 새 응답 작성하기

권한 설정에서 응답내역에 ‘등록 ·수정·삭제’ 권한이 있는 경우 새응답을 작성할 수 있습니다.

### 방법 1️⃣ 현황판에서 작성하기

현황판 좌측 상단 ‘만들기’ 버튼을 클릭해주세요.

‘새 응답’ 메뉴를 클릭하셨다면, 화면 우측에 ‘새 응답 선택창’이 노출됩니다.

응답을 받을 고객을 선택해주세요.
* 검색창에 당일의 “예약확정”으로 등록되어있는 고객들이 시간순으로 노출됩니다!
* 연락처가 있는 고객만 ‘새 응답’ 작성이 가능합니다.
* 연락처가 여러개인 경우,어떤 연락처를 응답자로 할 지 선택할 수 있어요.
* 연락처가 저장되어있지 않다면, 연락처없음 팝업이 확인되며, 추가 후에 응답이 가능합니다.
* 신규고객일 경우, 바로 ‘고객 등록하기’가 가능합니다. (고객명, 연락처 필수)

‘ 설문지/동의서 관리하기’에 미리 만들어진 양식 중 사용여부가 활성화 되어 있는 양식을 불러옵니다.
* 즉석에서 새 양식 생성은 불가능하며, 관리 메뉴에서 사전 생성이 필요합니다.
* 목록이 많다면 검색이나 필터링으로 빠르게 찾아볼 수 있습니다!

### 방법 2️⃣ 고객정보창 새 내역에서 작성하기

‘새 응답’ 메뉴를 클릭하셨다면, 가운데 ‘새 응답 선택창’이 노출됩니다.

연락처가 여러개 저장되어있는 경우, 응답자의 연락처를 선택할 수 있어요.

작성할 양식을 선택하셨다면 \[불러오기]를 클릭해주세요.

### 방법 3️⃣ 고객정보창 응답내역에서 작성하기

## ✍️ 동의서 응답하기

치환문구는 해당 고객정보를 반영해 미리 삽입되어 양식을 불러옵니다.

\[서명]과 \[텍스트 입력]과 같이 기존에 서명자가 작성하는 란을 직접 기입할 수 있어요.
