## ⚙️ 부서생성하기 (상품연동)

## 📋 메모 연동

상품이 연동되었다면, 설정 > 작업관리 > 일정 > \[네이버 예약 연동]에서 메모 종류를 선택할 수 있는 옵션이 활성화됩니다.

## 🗓️ 네이버예약 일정정보

### 1️⃣ 고객정보

예약이 들어온 경우, 해당 신규고객의 이름과 전화번호가 자동으로 생성됩니다.

동일한 이름+전화번호의 기존고객이 있다면, 해당 고객정보로 예약(일정)이 생성됩니다.

**이름**과 **전화번호** 조합으로 고객을 검증하고 있어,\
이름을 변경하게 되면 다음 예약 생성시 신규 고객으로 생성됩니다.

네이버예약이라는 가상의 담당자로 생성됩니다. 예약확정 이후 실제 담당자로 변경 가능합니다.

연동 된 네이버 상품이 표기됩니다.

* 확정대기→ 관리자 확인 후 승인 예약옵션인 경우
* 예약확정→ 바로 확정 예약옵션인 경우

## 👀 관리자 확인 후 승인 예약

담당자 변경 시, 해당 담당자에게도 오늘상담을 통해 알림이 확인됩니다.

단, 상품별 옵션/요청사항이 상이할 수 있어 오늘상담을 통해 상품변경을 하는 것은 권장드리지 않습니다.

“ 취소 ”로 변경시, 일정이 취소됩니다.\
예약고객에게도 네이버를 통해 “\[취소사유] 업체 측 취소” 내용으로 알림이 전달됩니다.
