### 1️⃣ 메시지 종류

메시지 종류는 문자/친구톡/알림톡 중에 선택할 수 있어요.

* **문자**
  * 각종 상황에 사용하기에 적합해요.
  * 예약 안내, 센터 위치 전송, 광고 진행 등 다양한 상황에 고객들에게 문자를 전송해보세요.
* **친구톡**
  * 광고 메시지 전송에 적합해요.
* **알림톡**
  * 정보성 메시지 전송에 적합해요.
  * 알림톡은 임의의 메시지를 전송할 수 없고 카카오에 알림톡 템플릿을 신청한 후,\
    승인된 템플릿에 한해서만 사용 가능해요.

### 2️⃣ 템플릿 목록

* 저장된 템플릿을 확인할 수 있어요.
* 템플릿 클릭 시 해당 템플릿에 저장된 내용이 자동으로 화면에 반영돼 편리하게 메시지를 발송할 수 있어요.

### 3️⃣ 치환문자

메시지 내용에 치환문자가 입력된 경우,\
메시지 발송 시 치환문자가 워크스페이스 정보 및 고객 정보 등으로 치환되어 발송돼요.

사용할 치환문자를 선택할 수 있어요. 어떤 경로로 메시지 발송 창을 열었는지에 따라 사용할 수 있는 치환문자 종류가 변경됩니다. 예를들어, 일정 정보창에서 메시지 발송을 사용할 경우 일정 정보에 관련된 치환문자를 사용할 수 있게 돼요.

치환문자를 선택할 경우 이곳에 해당 치환문자가 추가돼요. 추가된 치환문자는 텍스트 위치 외에는 변경하지 마세요! 변경 시 치환문자가 정상적으로 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다.
