고객정보창에서 ‘메시지 내역’ 탭을 클릭해주세요.

조회할 메시지 내역을 선택해주세요. 기본적으로 최근 1달간의 메시지 수/발신 내역을 조회할 수 있도록 설정되어 있어요.

메시지 수/발신 내역을 확인할 수 있어요. 메시지 수신의 경우, 오늘상담과 CTI가 연동되어 있어야해요!
