* 질문 유형
* 객관식(단일), 객관식(다중), 주관식
* 옵션을 추가하기 위해서는 ‘클릭해서 옵션 추가’를 선택 후 옵션의 명칭을 입력해주세요. 이후 Enter 키를 눌러주시면 옵션이 추가됩니다.
* 필수응답을 활성화 할 경우, 고객이 해당 응답에 대한 답변을 하지 않으면 답변 제출이 되지 않습니다.
* 설명 사용을 활성화할 경우, 질문 제목 아래쪽에 질문 설명을 입력할 수 있는 공간이 추가됩니다. 질문에 대한 설명이 필요할 경우 활성화 해주세요!

* 치환 문자 텍스트 박스는 발송 시 자동으로 고객 정보로 변경되어 발송되며, 고객의 서명은 고객이 실제로 서명해야 하는 항목이 추가됩니다.

항목을 드래그앤드롭으로 추가했다면 위치와 크기를 조정할 수 있습니다. 폰트 크기는 A4 용지 기준, 8\~9point로 추가 하시는걸 권장해요! (추가된 항목을 더블클릭하면 폰트 크기를 조정할 수 있습니다.)

## 🔧 설문지/동의서 상태 알아보기
* 설문지/동의서가 저장완료 되었을 때는 ‘완료’ 라는 상태로 존재하게 됩니다. 이 상태일 때는 자유롭게 등록된 설문지/동의서를 수정할 수 있어요.
* 설문지/동의서가 한번이라도 고객들에게 발송된 순간부터는 ‘진행중’이라는 상태로 존재하게 되며, 이 상태일 때는 설문지/동의서를 수정할 수 없으며 삭제할 수도 없어요.
* 설문지/동의서를 수정해야할 경우, ‘복제’ 버튼을 클릭해 동일한 설문지/동의서를 생성한 후 새로 생성된 설문지/동의서를 수정해주세요. 이후 이전 설문지/동의서는 사용여부를 ‘비활성화’로 처리해주세요.
