# 일정/현황판 관리

<summary><strong>담당자로 지정된 일정이 보이지 않는 경우</strong></summary>

상담사분이 담당한 일정이 현황판 또는 일정내역에서 보이지 않는 경우,

권한 설정을 확인해 보시기 바랍니다.

`환경설정 > 멤버관리 > 권한설정 > 고객관리권한 > 고객내역 > 담당자로 설정된 일정 내역만 보기`

상담사가 일정의 담당자이더라도 고객 정보에 담당자로 등록되어 있지 않으면 해당 일정이 표시되지 않습니다.

이 경우 아래 두 가지 방법 중 하나로 해결하실 수 있습니다.

<summary><strong>등록된 반복일정의 회차를 변경하고 싶어요</strong></summary>

예약취소 등에 의해 반복일정의 회차변경이 필요한 경우,

&#x20;`반복 일정 수정하기`에서 변경 가능해요.

이 후 회차 자동정렬 체크를 하시면 일괄변경이 됩니다.

변경이 완료되었으면 등록하기 를 눌러주세요.

<summary><strong>반복일정 담당자/부서를 변경하고 싶어요</strong></summary>

반복일정은 개별일정창에서 담당자 변경이 불가능해요.

변경을 원한다면 `[반복 일정 수정하기]` 에서 담당자를 변경해주세요.

<summary><strong>항목 선택 시, [완료 횟수] 집계되는 기준</strong></summary>

고객 일정/상담에 항목 선택시 나타나는 `완료횟수`,`마지막 완료일`의 집계는

해당 항목이 추가 된 일정의 상태를 `완료`로 변경했을 경우 입니다.

<summary><strong>현황판 일정에 글자가 잘려서 보여요</strong></summary>

`현황판 설정` > `시간 단위` 에서 설정 된 시간보다 일정 소요시간이 적은 경우입니다.

예) 현황판 시간 단위 : 60분 / 일정 소요 시간 : 50분

`시간 단위 설정`을 해당 일정 소요시간 보다 적은 단위로 설정 및

`셀 세로 길이`도 “중간” 이나 “크게” 설정 권장드립니다.

`현황판 보기설정` 이 `부서별` 일 때 특정 멤버(상담사)의 일정이 보이지 않으신가요?

**일정 예약시 부서 선택을 하지 않은 경우**

데스크 직원분이나, 특정 멤버를 현황판에서 표시하고 싶지 않으신가요?

`환경설정` > `멤버 목록`에서 해당 멤버 `출근요일` 체크를 해제한 요일엔 현황판에서 표시되지 않습니다.

단, 출근요일이 아닐 때도 담당인 일정예약을 등록한다면, 현황판에서 표시됩니다.
